    An Event Planner/Coordinator is focused on the logistics of your event, making sure everything is on schedule and running smoothly while the Event Designer (Imagine This KC, LLC) is focused on transforming your space and bringing your vision to life. The amount of time you will need to work with them also differs.
  • How far in advance can I book onsite Event Decor' services?
    The sooner the better allows flexible interest free payment plan options for on-site event services. Our event dates book fast and we can schedule onsite event bookings up to a year out. On-Site Event dates less that 45 days out are subject to rush fees and limited availability. Pricing packets only apply to current year booked, all pricing is subject to change.   • What should I do before retaining Imagine This KC's services for onsite events?
    Conduct a tour of your selected venue. Review the venue contract in detail. Ask plenty of questions so you have a full understanding of what amenities come with your venue and your requirements. Your venue must be contract booked before retaining Imagine This KC's services.
  • How do I book On-Site Event Decor' Design services with Imagine This KC, LLC?
    Event venue MUST be contract booked before retaining our services. We will send you a inquiry form to complete to gather important details of your special event. A pricing packet will be sent to the email address on file , upon receipt of the inquiry form we will check your event date for availability, please allow up to 48 hours response time. We will conduct a free initial consultation with you to gather the services you would like us to provide. A service agreement form, quote and PayPal invoice will be sent to review and electronically sign. All PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE . 20% initial payment required for events over 45 days out/payment plan required. Events less than 45 days out full payment required at signing.
  • How much are your services?
    We offer a variety of decor services and prices vary based on your guest count and how elaborate your decor design is. We offer payment plan options based on your service agreement booked date. Payment plan options are not guaranteed for events booked less than 45 days from you event date. ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, SERVICE AGREEMENTS & TERMS AND CONDITIONS are required for all events, services and products Imagine This KC LLC provides.
  • How many hours do I need to book my venue for?
    Please Note: Times below are based on average guest count of 20-30 guests. *Suggested times below may require additional set-up and breakdown time based on guest count and decor setup. This will be discussed in the initial consultation and finalized in the signed agreement form. *We require a minimum 2.5 hours + set-up time, 1+ hour minimum breakdown time for all Social Events |(i.e. baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties etc.) . *We require a minimum 4.5 hours + set-up time, 2+ hour minimum breakdown time for all Corporate Events & Weddings.
  • How far in advance can I book D.esign Y.our O.wn Personalized Treats & Favors?
    The sooner the better! Our event dates book fast and we can personalize treats & favors up to 6 months in advance. We require a minimum of 3 weeks to design and assemble all orders from the date full payment & service agreement is received D.Y.O. Personalized Treats & Favors less than 3 weeks out are subject to rush fees and limited availability. Pricing packets only apply to current year booked, all pricing is subject to change.   • How do I book D.esign Y.our O.wn Personalized Treats & Favors or Backdrops?
    All D.Y.O. Personalized Treats & Favors require a minimum 3 weeks notice to book. Backdrops require a minimum 10 days, less than 10 day RUSH FEE and additional shipping fees may be added. We will send you a inquiry form to complete to gather important details of your special event. A pricing packet will be sent to the email address on file , upon receipt of the inquiry form we will check your event date for availability, please allow up to 48 hours response time. We will conduct a free consultation with you to gather the details of the services you would like us to provide. A service agreement form, quote and PayPal invoice will be sent to review and electronically sign. All PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE . Full payment required to start designing.
  • What items are clients responsible for providing for all on-site events?
    1. We only provide services listed in your signed agreement form. 2. As a client you are responsible for cups, plates and cutlery for your invited guests. 3. Table linen for your food and gift tables. 4. Ensuring that all debris is cleaned and clear from all tables at least 1 hour prior to our assigned event decor' breakdown time.
