The sooner the better allows flexible interest free payment plan options for on-site event services. Our event dates book fast and we can schedule onsite event bookings up to a year out.

We offer both On-Site (ITKC Event Space) and Off-Site (at your alternate selected venue, travel fees apply) event decor' services.  Event dates less that 45 days out are subject to rush fees and limited availability.

Pricing  packets only apply to current year booked, all pricing is subject to change.

1. Conduct a tour of the Imagine This KC Event Space or your off site selected venue.
2. Review the venue services agreement (contract) in detail.
3. Ask plenty of questions so you have a full understanding of what amenities come with your venue and your requirements.
4. For all off site services, your venue must be contract booked and deposit before retaining Imagine This KC's services.

1. Event venue MUST be contract booked before retaining our services.
2. We will send you a inquiry form to complete to gather important details of your special event.
3. A pricing packet will be sent to the email address on file , upon receipt of the inquiry form we will check your event date for availability, please allow up to 48 hours response time.
4. We will conduct a free initial  consultation with you to gather the services you would like us to provide.
5. A service agreement form, quote and PayPal invoice will be sent to  review and electronically sign.
6. All PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE . 20% initial payment required for events over 45 days out/payment plan required.  Events less than 45 days out full payment required at signing.

We offer a variety of decor services and event space rental located in Olathe, KS.  Prices vary for all decor' services are based on your guest count and how elaborate your decor design is.

We offer payment plan options based on your service agreement booked date. 
Payment plan options are not guaranteed for events  booked less than 45 days from you event date.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE,  SERVICE AGREEMENTS & TERMS AND CONDITIONS are required for all events, services and products Imagine This KC LLC provides.

Please Note: Times below are based on average guest count of 20-50 guests.  *Suggested times below may require additional set-up and breakdown time based on guest count and decor setup.  This will be discussed in the initial consultation and finalized in the signed agreement form.

Imagine This KC Event Space ONLY
We suggest a minimum of six (6) hours. 2 hours for set-up, 3 hours for event time and 1 hour for clean-up and exit.

Offsite Event Space's:

*We require a minimum 2.5 hours + set-up  time,  1+ hour minimum breakdown time for all Social Events |(i.e. baby showers, birthday parties, graduation parties etc.) . 
 *We require a minimum 4.5 hours + set-up  time,  2+ hour minimum breakdown time for all Corporate Events & Weddings.

2. Backdrops require a minimum 10 days, less than 10 day RUSH FEE and additional shipping fees may be added.

Please see your signed services agreement for full disclosure,  this is only to be utilized as a quick reference:

• Services Provided
 Imagine This KC will provide only the services specifically listed in your signed services agreement form.
 • Guest Supplies
 Clients are responsible for providing all cups, plates, napkins, and cutlery for their invited guests.
 • Decor Responsibility
 If you choose to DIY your décor, use an outside vendor, or if Imagine This KC is not providing your décor, you are responsible for supplying all table linens and approved décor items.
 • Table Cleanliness Prior to Breakdown
 All tables must be cleared of debris and personal items at least one (1) hour prior to your assigned décor breakdown time.
 • Event Space Clean-Up
 Clients are responsible for ensuring the event space is left in the same condition as received.
 • Trash Removal
 All trash must be collected, bagged, and placed in the designated disposal area before exiting the venue.
