    Returns

    Due to the personalized and custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Please ensure that all details, including designs, themes, and add-ons, are reviewed carefully before placing your order.

    Refunds

    Refunds are not available once payment has been processed and design or assembly work has begun. Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

    • A significant error caused by Imagine This KC (e.g., incorrect order fulfillment).

    For approved refund requests, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

    Order Cancellations

    We do not allow order cancellations. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photos and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include replacement or a partial refund.
