Event Space Rental Amenities &  Pricing

 

ALL EVENT SPACE RENTALS INCLUDE:

 

  •  Up to 200 Guests seated (foyer-40, ballroom-160) based on floor play layout, design set-up and activities 

  • Tables (20-72" rounds, 6-6ft rectangle, 4-8ft rectangle, 4 adjustable highboy/pub tables) & Clear Chivari Chairs to accommodate guests count

  •  WiFi and Bluetooth AV/Sound System 

  • Catering Prep Warming Kitchenette (Commercial Fridge & Food Warmer, Microwave & more)

  • Open Vendor/Catering Policy (certificate of insurance & license's may be required)

  • 2 Privacy Restrooms (6 stalls total), ADA compliant facility and Free Private Parking (118 stalls)

Add On:

  • Event Decor’ provided by Imagine This KC

  • Security (required w/BYOB & bartending service)

  • Day-of-Event Management

  • Customized Treats, Favors & Menu Cards

  • Fresh Floral Arrangements

  • Wireless Microphone, Projector, Mobile Gaming Trailer rentals and much, more

A non-refundable initial payment, non-refundable cleaning fee  and signed service agreement is required to confirm your event date. Cancellation policy and Terms & Conditions will be provided in your service agreement.
